Questions studio owners ask us
Can two customers book the same outfit for overlapping dates?
No. Each item has its own calendar, and dates that overlap an existing booking or the cleaning time after it are blocked.
Does it handle jewellery as well as clothes?
Yes. Jewellery sets and individual pieces have their own calendars, deposits and polishing or QC steps.
How are security deposits handled?
Deposits are collected with the booking, held while the item is out and refunded on a promised date after quality check. Any deduction is recorded with its reason.
Can we track items at the dry cleaner?
Yes. Every piece is tracked from return to the cleaner, through quality check and back to the rack, and overdue items are flagged.
Do invoices include GST and UPI?
Yes. GST invoices are generated in one click with a scan-to-pay UPI QR code.
We have consignment pieces from designers. Can it work out their share?
Yes. Set each designer’s share once. Their rentals are counted, charges deducted, and the payout is worked out every month.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. The full system works on phone and tablet as well as desktop.
