Questions developers ask us
Is this for our team or for buyers?
For your team. Your sales, accounts and management staff use it. Quotations and receipts are produced as PDFs that your team shares with buyers.
Can two salespeople sell the same plot?
No. When a plot is put on hold or booked, its status changes for everyone at once, so it cannot be quoted or booked twice.
Can quotations follow our format?
Yes. Price build-up, PLC, payment schedule, stamp duty, registration, legal fees, IFMS, bank details and a payment QR, laid out the way you send them today.
Can each project have its own rates and PLC?
Yes. Each project and phase has its own rate card and PLC rules for corner, park-facing and road-facing plots.
How are channel partner commissions handled?
Set a rate for each partner and the milestones it is paid on. Commission is worked out on every booking and tracked until it is fully paid.
Can we track buyer payments and late charges?
Yes. Every booking has its payment schedule, and overdue amounts attract late charges at the rate you set.
Can we bring in our existing plots and bookings?
Yes. We import your plot inventory, bookings and payment records from Excel during setup.
How long does it take to go live?
